Question 3: If I do not like my order, what should I do?
Answer: We take picture from your bouquet before and after delivery. We need you accept for delivery. If you do not like it, please inform us before. If you accepted and you request refund, it is impossible. We will work for you and your order. If you do not like your order before delivery, we will refund your money.
Question 4: I want stop my order. Is it possible?
Answer: If you accept your order, but you want stop to send order for any reason, before one hours, you will receive full refund. After one hours, if we prepared your bouquet and you cancel your order, you will receive 50 percent refund. If you want stop your order for 48 hours, and send after 24 hours or 48 hours, it is possible, but after 2 days, we will not keep your order and you will not receive refund. We will keep your order for 48 hours and you have time for find decision. Please send us email and inform us for any update relating to your order before 48 hours from time accept your money.
Question 5: You changed color flower from my order. I do not like it. What should I do?
