Refund and Return Policy

We have refund for your order on this conditions:

If you cancel your order before one hour from time which we accepted your money, You will receive full refund for your order in this situation.
If you order some bouquets and you do not like design or arrangements, it is possible you return your order for 1 day from time your order and receive full refund.
If you see your bouquet flower is different than from your order, you can return and receive full refund for it.
If you want change time and day for your order after 48 hours, you will receive 50 percent total price refund. So, you have time 48 hours for change time and date in period of 2 days for your order. It is possible and we will keep your order for 48 hours and after we will ship your order without any charge(it is free). But if you want cancel your order after 48 hours, you will receive 50 percent refund for total price your order. We work with fresh flower and we will cut fresh flowers for your order. It is not possible to use some of the flowers if we cut them. So, please make sure about time delivery, date, and which bouquet you want to order.
If the bouquet have any problem, you will receive refund. We will take picture before and after delivery bouquet flowers. So, you will see process shipment and delivery. If you see some problem, please contact with us. We will responsible for orders.
We will update refund policy in period of the time. Please read before send order by our website.
